Job DescriptionPrimary skill : Manage Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environment,Secondary skill: ESXi hosts and vCenter servers, KVM or OpenVZRoles and Responsibilities :
Manage Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments.Install, configure, and maintain ESXi hosts and vCenter servers.Troubleshoot issues with Hyper-V clusters and failover scenarios.Ensure high availability of applications by implementing load balancing techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.Job Requirements :
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere (ESXi) and VCenter server management.Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM or OpenVZ is an added advantage.Proficiency in managing large-scale enterprise networks using tools like DNS/DHCP/Active DirectoryBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of proven experience in Windows and VMware systems administration.Excellent skills in console management tools and administration, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar tools.Strong experience in managing VMware virtualization environments.Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience in security patching vulnerability management processes.Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent is a plus.Mandate Skills: Windows(Hyper-V),Active Directory and VMware
