Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Systems Administrator :

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:3+ years of experience in supporting a multi-user environment, with both Microsoft and Mac OS workstations; Active Directory experience is a plusTroubleshooting and maintaining hardware/software on networked workstations, printers, and smartphones company-wide.Resolve issues quickly and efficientlyDeliver projects that will help make the company and the IT Department more efficientProvide day-to-day support of desktop PC software applications.Log service requests as open tickets, maintain status, and provide follow-up both to end users and to members of the MSP (Managed Services Provider) team.Schedule and install new hardware and software applications.Perform preventative maintenance on computer equipment.Inventory and maintain IT equipment (Desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, tablets, and smartphones).Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.Serve as the initial escalation point for issues with the MSP team.Willing to work overtime when necessary.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.Research questions using available information resources.Develop and follow standard help desk procedures.Willing to take the lead on varied projects.THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION - PLEASE PROVIDE SALARY REQUIREMENTS

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Technology related field (desirable) or 3-5 years of related work experienceA CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+, or MCTS Windows 10 &11 Certification desirableFamiliarity with Help Desk practices (ticket systems, team environment, etc.)Experience with remote troubleshootingExperience with VPNKnowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, & Active Directory Users and Computers, Microsoft Entra/AzureAdvanced MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) skillsWorking knowledge of Windows 10 & 11Working knowledge of multi-function printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Brother)Knowledge and experience of customer service practicesGood working knowledge of networkingGood working knowledge in Telecom and VoIP technology ( Call Tower)
