This position will be filled as a Human Resources Business Partner or a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The hiring manager will determine the job level based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must live within driving distance of the West Lafayette campus.

Human Resources Business Partner

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldTwo or more years of HR generalist or business partner experienceDemonstrated success advising, and providing consultative support to people across multiple levelsInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated project management and change management skillsAnalytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planningDemonstrated successful experience in influencing people along with skill in drawing actionable insights from raw information and dataSenior Human Resources Business Partner

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldFour or more years of HR generalist or business partner experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build relationships across all levels of the organizationAnalytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planningDemonstrated successful experience in influencing people at a senior level in an organizationSkills in drawing actionable insights from raw information and dataDemonstrated success advising and providing consultative support to leaders across multiple levelsWhat Is Helpful:
