The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent while enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies enabling our mission of empowering people.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and the overall talent strategy.Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates for all levels of the organization.Create and manage efficient recruitment, and onboarding processes with an eye towards continuous improvement, compliance, and outstanding candidate experience.Lead redesign the recruiting and interview process, including creating interview guides, training interviewers, and ensuring a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates.Partner with the Marketing department to build and maintain the company's professional brand and network in the communities we serve.Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and promote best practices in recruitment processes.Perform any other duties as requested by Chief People and Engagement OfficerQualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferably in business or human resources related field3 - 5 years of talent acquisition related experienceProven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions.Flexible and open to changing priorities and high demanding tasks.Hands-on, proactive, results oriented, and engaged to fulfill all requirements of the role.Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
