Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

BASIC FUNCTION:Assist the Leader of Talent Acquisition with managing day to day recruitment and onboarding process and support the Talent Acquisition team which sources and recruits a high-quality workforce for our clients. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the client’s business by creating and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy. Leads and manages the continuous improvement of our recruitment activities. - Position on site only.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):Bachelor’s degree required,Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, or 5 years of recruiting and management combined.Proficient in using recruiting technologies.Strong leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Should be able to push/pull, lift/move 15 lb., be able to perform moderately difficult manual manipulations such as using a keyboard, writing, and filing for extended periods of time, must be able to perform tasks which require hand-eye coordination such as data entry, typing and using photo copiers. Mobility requirements may include the ability to be stationary at a workstation for a prolonged period time in addition to being able to squat or be mobile for a reasonable length of time and distance. Communication requirements include the ability to comprehend the spoken English language in addition to being able to communicate and read the English language.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:Educates team members in the use of the latest practices and resource available to recruit the highest caliber of candidates. Develop and maintain several active sourcing channels (internet, referral programs, newspaper, professional network, job boards, on campus recruitment, job fairs etc).Accountable for delivering a balanced slate of talented and diverse candidates.Manage recruiting metrics in order to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies.Ensure that appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of established policy, procedures and operating standards is completed for area of responsibility.Work with team members to train and coach interviewers and hiring manager. Ensure interviewers follow a structured interview process.Keep current with new developments in the talent acquisition industry and incorporate continuous improvement ideals as appropriate.Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition on the recruitment strategy plan and ensure there is regular communication on progress and collaboration when challenges are encountered.Act as a change agent to identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness, assessing the need for change, developing proposals on change initiative and implement/communicate the change plans.Creativity innovated and the ability to think “out –of-the-box” in problem solving around recruitment issues.Work with members of the team to proactively build internal and external candidate pipelines for business units by identifying, engaging and monitoring key talent.Adheres to hospital policies and procedures related to mandatory education, annual health assessment and licensure verification.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.Location:
