The Forensic and Litigation Associates work as a member of the Client Services group and can expect a diverse experience ranging from accounting procedures for litigation engagements to the performance of business appraisal and valuation services. This position performs many duties of an advance level forensic accountant including working directly for corporate clients, under the supervision of upper level management.

Running conflict checksBillingAssisting with fee applicationsCPE coordinatorCoordinate marketing / networking / promo events for groupAssist with promo work and pitchbooks (e.g. PowerPoint)Bill for client-related workMaintaining contact listsCoordinating monthly/quarterly subscriptions (LexisNexis, PACER, etc.)Preparing communications, such as letters/memos, emails and other correspondencePreparing engagement lettersAdditional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or GED3 years relevant work experience in an office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistantProficient use of applicable technologyAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AdobeAbility to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammarExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to a changing environmentAbility to follow standard proceduresAbility to work cooperatively with othersAbility to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $30.00 - $35.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
