Our salaries have been updated and are competitive at both the state and national levels with wonderful benefits.Full-time employees receive 56 paid days off during their 1st year of employment (this includes every other Friday off PAID for your wellness needs). Our staff are our greatest asset, and we treat them as such!We are pleased to present the following position for your consideration:Overview: Program Manager, Community Support ServicesCore Responsibilities Include:Provide supervisory oversight for the team members including but not limited to weekly supervision, field supervision, training, onboarding and staff development.

Support the use of data in clinical supervision to inform decision-makingEnsure that all clinical activities performed by the team are compliant with standards, policies and procedures of the organization.Responsible for the hiring process of team members and performance evaluation of staff members.

Participate in agency and interagency meetings.Monitoring client services, assigning caseloads and ensuring that services are delivered in a timely manner.Provide integrated assessment and treatment planningProvides comprehensive psychosocial services that include a continuum of services designed to improve or maintain client ability to function. These include, but are not limited to: Evaluation of strengths and symptoms, Facilitating goal setting and planning for appropriate services, Guiding and instructing client in daily living skills such as medication use, diet, exercise, personal hygiene, shopping, cooking, budgeting, housekeeping, and use of transportation/community services, Developing social skills, interests, and leisure time activities to provide a sense of participation and personal worth, including age and culturally appropriate daytime and evening activities, Offering support, assistance, consultation, and education to families, friends, landlords, employers, community agencies, and others who may have contact with client with the goal to maximize benefits and minimize problems associated with integration in the community.Provide consultation in crises and on-call services as needed.Provides training and support to the team to ensure the provision of quality services in accordance with treatment plan goals.Provides specialized services to individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders (COPSD)Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goalsAbility to complete detailed, yet concise progress notes on all services provided.Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.Coordinate communication, service provision, and continue to build relationships with area providers for linkage outside of our service area;Completion of all documentation and tracking in a timely mannerProvide other duties as assigned, required or specifically negotiated with supervisorKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work with individuals with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis and co-occurring disorder;Knowledge of community resources and/or ability to research/find;Knowledge of case management techniques;Knowledge of healthcare resources including psychiatric, substance use, medical, and/or other services;Ability to meet people where they are at in their recovery, non-judgmental, and ability to build rapport quickly;Ability to work as a team player;Ability to tolerate ambiguity, uncertainty, and change;Ability to navigate electronic health records;Ability to work collaborative with the direct leaders, supervisees and other clinical staff providing services to person servedAbility to provide timely response to supervisors, supervisees, person served and other clinical staff providing services to person served.Knowledge of the social services system and the ability to connect clients with appropriate services.Ability to think clearly and logically in order to deal with potentially dangerous and/or emotional situations.Education and Experience:Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or human service related field with the ability to obtain LSW or LPC.A valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, and proof of automobile insurance coverage are required.Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year (dependent on education, experience and licensure)Heritage also offers the following with this position:Generous vacation, sick and personal leaveWELLNESS days - 26 days per year (every other Friday off paid )Paid holidays - 9 in 2024Health Club/Fitness ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramContinuing education opportunitiesTuition assistance programAgency provided life insurance and short-term disability policiesRetirement plans (401k and Roth)Optional insurance benefits, including health, dental, vision, flex spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care), and additional life insurance.
