Keno Shift Supervisor Arizona Charlie’s Decatur (Las Vegas, NV)
Description:
Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Keno department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned
Supervise Keno operations and employees, ensuring compliance of all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures
Review payouts, settle disputes, and report any unusual issues or incidents to the Director
Responsible for administrative duties including verifying and balancing the main bank
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
1 year of previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Keno department
Knowledge of Keno terminology/odds
Ability to effectively communicate and lead in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
Basic computer knowledge
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 20lbs.
Occasionally bend, reach, twist, squat, communicate via paging system, and distinguish between shades of color
Frequently walk, stand, and sit
Constant use of vision and hearing
