We are ranked as the fifth-largest architectural firm in the greater Indianapolis area. Our Architecture Group includes 50 distinguished architects and interior designers, with direct access to our more than 600 professionals across 11 disciplines. Our architectural practice includes multiple market sectors. Driven by fervent passion and fearless curiosity, we create human-centered experiences through an immersive process that sparks As a significant figure within the management team, the Industrial / Manufacturing Practice Leader strategically guides the Industrial and Manufacturing market sector within the group, aiming for growth, fostering strong client relationships, advocating for design excellence and striving to enhance profitability.Responsibilities
Client Leadership:
Lead and grow client relationships within the Industrial and Manufacturing Market.Be driven and entrepreneurial, capable of leading clients and client teams.Provide hands-on support from initial client meetings through project completion.Top Line Development:
Collaborate with Executive and Marketing Teams to secure new client relationships and expand existing ones.Champion strategic client development to differentiate American Structurepoint.
Strategy and Planning:
Understand client business and operations needs to develop effective market solutions.Assemble teams of experts within the firm to execute innovative solutions.
Staff Development:
Mentor and grow emerging professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Architecture Registration required.10+ years' experience with a proven track record of success in the Industrial and Manufacturing Market.Strong leadership skills, with experience leading, guiding, and mentoring a team.Business and professional acumen demonstrated by the proven ability to execute strategy with strong communication skills.Some travel required.
