This person will lead our skilled team of Desktop Support Technicians in a fast-paced environment. This person should be a self-starter, solutions oriented, and a high level of integrity.Responsibilities

Lead a team of Desktop Support Technicians in a fast-paced environment

Manage day-to-day operations of the Desktop Support team, including assigning and prioritizing tasks, monitoring team performance, and coaching team membersPerform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve complex technical issuesContinuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfactionProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devise in a Windows environmentQualifications
