The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented background with excellent communication and customer service skills.Responsibilities:Enjoys communicating with clients and peers on analyzing business / technical requirements to achieve business objectivesEffective at offering strategic advice on using technology to achieve business goalsExcels at managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staffCollaborate with teammates and peers to achieve best results for customerPassionate to learn and leverage new technologies to better solve client challenges
About You:Analytical approach to problem solvingAbility to design technology solutions that meet industry standards approach / best practicesImplement technical solutions following a disciplined approachUnderstand how to properly maintain solutions that may already be in placeStrong verbal and written communication skills- Communicate at a level others understand- Present ideas in an unbiased manner- Build strong relationships with customersEnjoy face to face customer and team engagementPassion to learn more about emerging technologyQualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in large to enterprise level IT environments
4+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server & VMware technologies
Certifications nice to have in the following areas:
- MCSA- Microsoft Cloud Stack (Fundamental or advanced)- VCP- CCNP / CCNA- Security CertificationsExperience in systems / infrastructure administration or IT leadership role a plus
Passion for learning new technologies out of current comfort zone
Detail oriented with the ability to successfully multi-task
