OVERVIEW:
As a Multifamily Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the Multifamily department. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the leadership team to ensure that the department is in compliance with company and Multifamily Process, providing Transaction support (acquisitions, dispositions, Fee Managed transitions), ensuring each community is competitive with their current marketing efforts, supporting the RealPage operating system as needed and providing customer service support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following:
Administrative Support
RealPage Product Management Support:
On-Boarding / Off-boarding MF Team Members
Multifamily Leasing (Marketing & Sales) Support:
Interpersonal Awareness - Positive and friendly demeanor with teammates, clients, vendors, and contractors to always maintain a positive workspace.
Communication - Timely, professional, and positive communication is expected via email, text, social media, phone, and any other form of communication where you represent Dietz Property Group.
Collaboration - Willingness to assist employees & colleagues where needed within Dietz Property Group.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A commitment to the Company's Core Values.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration preferred.
3-5 years' experience in multifamily operations.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and meet multiple priorities and deadlines while being adaptable and flexible to changing timelines and initiatives.
Ability to use Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, and experience with Cloud based storage and online communication tools/portals (Teams, Zoom, Free Conference Call, etc.). Experience with Real Page is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time, remote opportunity based out of Michigan, Indiana or Ohio with occasional travel.
