Job Purpose
The Director of Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) Services will oversee the ITCD program and ensure adherence to the ITCD model as well as the General Organizational Index.
QualificationsMinimum of a master's degree in a Human Services field.Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred but not required.ITCD experience preferred by not required.Core Job Duties
Travel to all established and future ITCD program sites and evaluate program fidelity to ITCD model.Actively participate and attend ITCD staff meetings for each site.Conduct chart audits and communicate findings to the teams.Ensure the ITCD program has a strong philosophy and is clearly understood by the ITCD team.Participate in process monitoring of the ITCD program.Ensure client outcomes data is collected every three months and shared with the ITCD team members.Ensures attendance at Community Advisory Board meetings to provide outcomes data to stakeholders/community.Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria set for substance use and/ or mental disorders.Provide and document structured supervision of the ITCD Specialists, weekly for one hour with a strong focus on the ITCD model and its application.Process emails and respond timely during business hours.Provide coverage of the day-to-day operations or other program areas as needed when necessary.Maintain familiarity with the Missouri Credentialing Board and substance use disorder credential requirements.Work collaboratively with the HR department to ensure positions in the program are filled timely with appropriate staff and participate in interviews.Develop action plan when determined by DMH that ITCD sites are not operating in the good implementation range of practice.Ensure action plan is communicated to the ITCD/ CPR teams and plan is implemented successfully.Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
