Responsible for conducting training and coordinating training activities to improve individual and organizational performance.Duties / Responsibilities:Teaches instructional programs in accordance with training or other course requirements and organize materials to be presentedDelivers Instructor led training programs as needed to achieve business outcomes effective transfer of learning in the workplaceProvides administrative support to Training classes and Training Team members, including class rosters, attendance sheets, assessments, test logs, evaluations, etc.May assist in scheduling of training sessions and individual onsite and offsite training programs, and supporting when necessary, the coordination of training room set-up, audio-visual set-up, supplies and participant notification for training events.Participates in process and team meetings in order to identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures.Follows the regulatory approval and document management process when creating or updating training materialsSupports Training Specialists in the classroom on occasional basis, as needed.Compiles training evaluations to support ongoing revisions to Training programs.Develops and creates training resources and maintains/updates systems training environment and library of training resources to align with operational excellence.Responsible for adhering to established safety standardsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of timeOccasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 poundsWork is constantly performed in an office environmentPerforms other duties as assigned by leadershipEducation Required:High school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree is preferredBackground & Experience Required:3 years of experienceKnowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects preferredAbility to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of peopleAbility to motivate and inspire audience to engage in subject materialProficient in the use of Microsoft Office productsExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environmentAbility to work as a team member, as well as independentlyPlease Refer to the Maximus New York Job Description AboveJob Summary
