Position Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business units, ensuring that HR policies and initiatives align with the overall business objectives. The HRBP partners with management to provide guidance on a wide range of human resource functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation management. What you\'ll do: Talent Management Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, to build pipelines for potential applicants, including strategic partnerships, job fairs, and university relations. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. Lead new employee onboarding programs and new hire paperwork. Conduct employee check in meetings and use data to improve the employee experience Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive working environment. Manage and investigate employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and grievances in line with company policies. Manage employee engagement initiatives milestones, You\'ve Been Spotted program, employees surveys. Promote a culture of employee engagement. Training and Development Guide managers through the performance appraisal process, ensuring that evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.
