Full Job Description

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Generalist to support the HR team carrying out various Human Resource programs and procedures for all employees in a fast pace work environment.

La Red Health Center is a mandatory vaccination employer for COVID-19 and its variants. LRHC requires that its employees be full vaccinated as of their start date. Manages the recruitment process for entry-level and non-exempt positions. Maintains accurate records of active job openings, manages internal/external job postings, job boards, careers pages and social networks, reviews applications, schedules and conducts interviews, prepares correspondence with applicants, and attends job fairs.

Conducts the onboarding of new hires to deliver an exceptional early experience.

Counsels managers on HR policies and procedures.

Use HR software to perform accurate and timely administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which includes new hires, resignations, terminations, pay, job, and leaves of absence.

Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which includes collecting and submitting employee information and processing notice of change in status to health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits.

Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, and other key details.

Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment and new hire orientation.

Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, 401K audits, grants, and other compliance reviews.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.

Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources questions or issues arise.

Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures.

Maintains the organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for positions, and company organizational chart according to HR objectives.

Performs clerical duties such as make photocopies, fax/scan documents, prepare correspondence, file documents into appropriate employee folders, prepare new employee folders, schedule exit interviews and prepares paperwork, purge terminated employee files, and files HR documents accordingly, prepare track and update spreadsheets.

Plan and organize company events.

Maintains confidentiality of company information and protected information stored in the Human Resources department.
