Hybrid work format , with the selected individual splitting their time between the Endicott, NY site and remote. This role will also be aligned with our

9/80 schedule , in which we have

every other Friday off

(44 hours on the 'long' week of 2 week pay period, and 36 hours on the 'short' week, with Friday off on the short week). The hybrid split in this case, is 3 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'long' weeks, and 2 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'short' weeks.

Program Control Analyst II

with analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Projectto join the Program Finance team. You will provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit by managing financial requirements and program execution. In this job, you will:

Forecast and control actual costs & schedules of business programs using

Earned Value Management System

(EVMS)Utilize

Microsoft Project ; develop and maintain program schedulesPrepares program budgets and schedules , and performs and assist in financial analysis for the entire program, to include variance analysis, quarterly estimates to complete, and schedule risk assessmentsBecome an integral part of program teams and support the overall program finance initiativesAbility to perform critical analysis of program performance and communicate to Program leadershipBecome familiar with the various technical aspects of the program for the purpose of schedule development.Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders across various business areasRequired Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree

in business administration, finance, accounting, or related degree / equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsBe able to prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse work teamsPursuant to a specific US Government contract, selected individual must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $58300 - $99100

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
