You will partner closely with the VP of Talent, Sales & Marketing Leaders, and others across the org to develop a robust recruiting function, attract top GTM talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. As a key member of the TA team, you’ll contribute to Ambience’s mission by identifying and securing leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and related functions who align with our vision for transforming healthcare through AI.What you’ll do:Develop and implement structured recruiting processes for GTM roles, ensuring quality and consistency across hiring efforts.

Source and close critical full-cycle recruiting hires into GTM positions in sales, marketing, customer success, business development, and more.

Design and launch targeted outreach and talent branding initiatives to attract top GTM talent, with a focus on diversity and alignment with our mission.

Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and mission-driven environment throughout the candidate journey.

Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and GTM leadership, ensuring smooth processes and a high-quality candidate experience.

Who you are:7+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in competitive markets, ideally within a startup environment.

Significant bonus points for experience recruiting in Healthcare.

Proven success hiring for GTM roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development.

Strong knowledge of GTM functions, with the ability to identify top talent for sales and marketing teams.

Demonstrated skill in data-driven recruiting, optimizing outreach, and improving hiring efficiency.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across departments and with hiring managers.

Pay TransparencyThe base compensation for this role is approximately $130,000 – 160,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets. We’ve intentionally allocated a wider range so that candidates have more flexibility to choose the desired cash/equity split that works for them. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.Are you outside of the range?
