Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of new processes, equipment, and assembly systems

Identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, throughput, and cost

Evaluate vendor proposals for new equipment

Optimize manufacturing processes using continuous improvement strategies

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality

Develop visual work instructions as part of process development

Provide production support and troubleshoot process issues

Drive cost reduction initiatives related to scrap, rework, and cycle times

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of equipment and systems appropriate to engineering disciplines

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer literacy

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Material Science, Mechanical, Welding, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or combined related experience required OR 6 years of equivalent experience with demonstrated knowledge in the field
