DescriptionWestAir Gases aims to enhance its team by recruiting top talent to fill the company's various industrial and administrative roles. We are currently searching for a talented talent acquisition partner who can aid us in sourcing, identifying, screening, and ultimately hiring individuals for various industrial and administrative positions within the company. This position necessitates exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals across diverse departments and ensure successful talent acquisition.Essential FunctionsPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.Develop new talent acquisition practices, systems, and processes with leaders.Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks.Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.Ensure that the company's hiring practices are inclusive and diverse, offering equal opportunities to all candidates.Develop and maintain affirmative action program; file EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations and Vets-reporting.Ensure compliance with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audit Forms I-9.Develop and maintain positive relationships and networks with external agencies that may refer suitable candidates.Increase brand awareness by boosting the employer's presence on different social media channels and platforms that the target talent demographic interacts with.Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred (Paylocity).Professional credentials, such as HR Certification.5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing and industrial environment.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.Experience in using Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively.Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
