Microsoft Power Platform Architect Consultant

to join our growing team. You will play a key role in empowering our business users by designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, and improve data analysis capabilities. Ready to get started? See what it takes below. RESPONSIBILITIES Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into technical requirements for Power Platform solutions. Design and develop user-friendly and scalable Power Apps to automate processes, improve data collection, and enhance user experience. Build robust and efficient logic flows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and integrate with other systems. Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide data insights and facilitate data-driven decision making. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and access control within the Power Platform. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and training to business users on Power Platform functionalities. Document solutions effectively for future reference and knowledge transfer. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft Architect Consultant Power Platform. Microsoft certification may be required depending on client conditions. Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and functionalities. Experience with business process analysis and automation principles. Experience with data modeling and visualization concepts (a plus). Experience with low-code/no-code development methodologies (a plus). Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Data Analyst) preferred.
