Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect
to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our cloud-based digital workplace solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 suite and related tools. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT professionals, and end-users to ensure solutions align with business needs, enhance user productivity, and drive overall digital transformation.Ready to get started? See what it takes below.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop a comprehensive Modern Workplace strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs.Evaluate and recommend best-fit Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) to address specific business challenges and opportunities.Lead the design, implementation, and migration of cloud-based collaboration tools and workflows.Ensure secure and compliant deployment of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.Configure and customize Microsoft 365 features to meet user requirements and optimize user experience.Develop and implement governance models and policies for effective Modern Workplace usage.Integrate Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions with existing on-premises and cloud-based systems.Stay up to date on the latest advancements in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and security best practices.Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on new technologies and functionalities.Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of solutions.Develop and deliver training programs to facilitate user adoption of Modern Workplace tools.Track and measure the success of Modern Workplace initiatives and identify areas for improvement.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft Architect Modern Works3+ years Proven experience as a Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and functionalities.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and security best practices.Experience with Azure Active Directory and other identity and access management solutions (a plus).Experience with change management methodologies and user adoption strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Modern Workplace specialties (a plus).NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.
