See what it takes below.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to specific business functions (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain Management).Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Dynamics 365.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements and user workflows.Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing on-premises and cloud-based systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).Develop and implement data migration strategies for seamless transition to Dynamics 365.Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations within Dynamics 365.Manage Dynamics 365 environments (Dev, Test, Prod) and oversee solution deployment.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, cloud technologies, and security best practices.Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on Dynamics 365 functionalities.Document solutions effectively for future reference and knowledge transfer.Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure smooth system administration and maintenance.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect roleMicrosoft certification may be required depending on client conditionsIn-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionalities, and deployment methodologies (experience with specific modules a plus).Strong understanding of business process automation principles and optimization techniques.Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).Experience with cloud computing concepts and security best practices (Microsoft Azure experience a plus).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) preferred.Minimum Required:
