Psychiatrist - Child/Adolescent

Join our dedicated team as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and be part of a dynamic federally qualified health center focused on providing exceptional mental health services to underserved communities. In this role, you will work closely with a team of mental health professionals in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development. Compensation:

$300,000.00 - $300,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents.

Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.

Provide consultation and guidance to other mental health professionals and educators.

Maintain up-to-date records of patient services and treatments.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure best practices in child psychiatry.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

MD License

Child Psychiatry Board Eligible by start date

Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with children, adolescents, and their families.

Understanding of and ability to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

Proven track record of collaborative practice in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Experience with electronic health records.

Additional certification in a relevant subspecialty.
