Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.As the Program Manager, provide your expertise to Clinical Laboratory Operations with a focus on Chemistry & Hematology. In this highly visible position, you will provide oversight to all areas of the lab including but not limited to operations, staffing & training, budget, QA, and regulatory compliance. Work to the highest capacity of your laboratory career interacting with physician users and all levels of hospital leadership while supporting the Laboratory Director.This is a full-time day shift position. Location is our NYP facility in White Plains NY.Preferred CriteriaMaster’s DegreeMeets all requirements of the New York State Department of Health for a Laboratory SupervisorNew York State Department of Education Clinical Laboratory Technologist licenseRequired CriteriaBachelor’s DegreeMinimum 2 years management experience in laboratory medicineExperience with regulatory aspects of practiceAmerican Society for Clinical Pathology Certification (ASCP) or equivalentMinimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or 2 years of clinical laboratory experience with Master’s degree or 1 years of experience with a MD, DO or doctoral degree in a chemical, physical or biological scienceJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
