If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements below.What this job involves:ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), Renewals, Amendments.Assist in managing the administration of sales contracts, including tracking, storage, organization metrics, and presentations.Contribute to the development and management of templates, playbooks, and processes.Support contract management and the execution process.Assist in organizing and managing administrative projects.CollaborationWork closely with a global, regional, and local team of legal and sales professionals dedicated to driving business objectives by supporting commercial growth and managing risk for the JLL Technologies business.Ensure alignment with the ONE Legal initiative, consistency in deals, and efficient utilization of resources.Report to the Lead Commercial Counsel as a member of the JLL Technologies Legal Team.Does that sound like you?
