a degree in filmmaking (or related field) and at least two (2) years of professional experience in your area of expertise .A reel of top-quality work is essential and will be required for all applicants.We are hiring additional TA members for the Spring 2022 semester. The semester runs from January 10, 2022, to April 22, 2022.TA's must be able to commit to at least 6 hours of teaching per week. Our classes are taught hybrid, meaning that they are taught BOTH online and in person.ResponsibilitiesTA members are expected to:Create a supportive and culturally conscious environment for students and encourage them to do their best workPerform all duties related to their teaching in a timely and professional mannerAttend monthly faculty meetingsCoordinate with school administration on student attendance and gradingSupport students in-person on shoots as necessaryQualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of professional experienceBachelor degree in film or related fieldExtensive knowledge of professional software, including the Adobe suite and ProToolsTeaching experience preferred, but not necessaryCompensation$17 hourlyAbout San Francisco Film SchoolFounded in 2005, San Francisco Film School is one of the most innovative colleges in the country.
