is seeking a healthcare professional experienced in the marketing of clients/residents for our community rehabilitation and long-term care community. The
Admissions Director
will focus on marketing efforts to fulfill census goals. This individual will obtain referrals from various sources, ensure that referrals meet the admissions criteria, follow up with referrals providing tours and information on our community, and complete the sales process. This position will also work with all staff members to ensure an effective and smooth transition for new residents. Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Discovery of the prospect's needs and desires.
Identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community's products and services, and closing and post-sales activities.
Presents a warm and welcoming presence to guests, visitors, residents, families, and staff.
Supports the efforts of the sales team to meet or exceed sales and move-in goals defined for the community by the RDSM/RDO.
Job Requirements
Two years of experience in an acute care or long-term care facility.
Previous sales and marketing experience.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Willingness to work beyond normal working hours and in other positions temporarily as needed.
Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm when interacting with staff, residents, family members, and the general public.
