You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. If you have a history of exceeding your goals and are looking to take your career to the next level, apply today!ResponsibilitiesLiaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transactionRespond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forwardManage leads and follow up through daily CRM used to update and stay on task until deals are closedGain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contractExpectation to call new leads within 30 minutes of receipt, ideally in the first 5 minutesRequest photos from the seller, using our VirtualOffer.com app. Follow up with sellers to actually obtain the photosPresent the offer to the sellerNegotiate the offer through acceptance & signing of AOSManage the contract cycle with the seller through the closingManage any post-closing activity, such as scheduling locksmith, cleanout crew, etc.Obtain a testimonial video from each happy seller after providing The Fast & Convenient Sale - when we buy their property!Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and researchAct as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth closeAssess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trendsResearch investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the saleMonitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRMQualificationsReliable Transportation is RequiredMust be well versed in Sales, in particular using telephones & other technology to make a high-ticket sale without being in-personPassion to make deals at any time throughout the week. This is a lifestyle position with flexibility in schedule, but often with evening & weekend call blocks required to succeedExceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desiredCompensation$75,000 - $100,000 yearlyAbout Diamond EquityWe are a national real estate investment company with regional offices in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, & Chicago, IL.
