We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers.Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends.Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale.Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM.Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction.Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM used to update and stay on task until deals are closed.Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.Expect to call new leads within 30 minutes of receipt, ideally in the first 5 minutes.Request photos from the seller, using our VirtualOffer.com app. Follow up with sellers to actually obtain the photos.Present the offer to the seller.Negotiate the offer through acceptance & signing of AOS.Manage the contract cycle with the seller through the closing.Manage any post-closing activity, such as scheduling locksmith, cleanout crew, etc.Obtain a testimonial video from each happy seller after providing The Fast & Convenient Sale - when we buy their property!Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research.Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.Qualifications:
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments.Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed.+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired.Reliable Transportation is Required.Must be well versed in Sales, in particular using telephones & other technology to make a high-ticket sale without being in-person.Passion to make deals at any time throughout the week. This is a lifestyle position with flexibility in schedule, but often with evening & weekend call blocks required to succeed.Those who are 'most available' to their business will earn the 'most substantial' income to match.Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year
