Responsibilities:Develop and guide legal strategies in support of company goals.Responsible for day-to-day securities law matters, including SEC reporting and Canadian securities law matters with the assistance of regional resources.Collaborate with corporate secretarial team on board and annual meeting preparations.Assist in drafting and reviewing public disclosures and corporate communications, including earnings releases and press releases.Provide legal advice and support on equity plans, executive compensation and related matters.Support M&A and other strategic transactions.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school.Current bar admission in good standing (Colorado or Texas preferred).4+ years of securities and corporate law experience.Energy industry experience is preferred.Ability to travel internationally, primarily to Canada.Interested in hearing more?
