to learn more!As a Portable Programs Coordinator, you'll join our Logistics team and manage our clients' inventory, enter and track jobs, as well as place transportation orders. You'll also review and reconcile credit card statements for your assigned clients. The Portable Programs Coordinator must reside in the Milwaukee office with their team. This role handles many different facets to best accommodate both Derse and our clients in the growing world of trade shows and experiential marketing! you !Portable Programs Coordinator ResponsibilitiesUnderstand individual client program pricing/work scope per program pricing quoted by estimating. Immediately bring any related job variances to Logistics Manager’s attention.Create and enter Job Number into Accelerate from the Customer Portal or other sources.Update Accelerate database including inventory management.Charge labor promptly to Job Number based on Portable Programs Service Provider Template.Enter events into Portable Program Calendar for divisional viewing.Prepare show service orders when necessary and generate POs.Place transportation orders, generate PO, and add PO to transportation interface reference line.Place I&D orders when necessary and generate PO.Manage Damage Claims.Perform quality control prior to shipping.Reconcile credit card charges in Certify regularly.Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve or reject. If rejected, follow up with the vendor.Close out Job and submit to Admin for timely billing.Use preferred vendor program for Show Services, I&D, and Transportation.Back up other Logistics personnel as needed and directed.Portable Programs Coordinator Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's Degree OR Associate degree and one or more years of relevant experience required.Previous trade show or face-to-face marketing experience preferred.Ability to work with minimal supervision based on experience or knowledge.Relationship-focused, self-motivated, high sense of urgency, and process-oriented.
