Seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with the ability to excel on a Regulatory & Government Affairs team in Washington, D.C. at an international organization.Job Description
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, significant telephone and electronic communication with colleagues, senior level management and stakeholders.Schedule and facilitate meetings and conference scheduling.Schedule and coordinate travel.Process expense reports and maintain records related to travel reimbursements.Order and maintain office supplies.Qualifications
Required Education and Skills:Minimum of an Associate Degree.Minimum of one year of administrative experience.Experience managing multiple electronic calendars and contacts simultaneously; making travel arrangements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience handling travel expense reporting.Ability to pay close attention to detail including careful review and preparation of work.Ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.Strong understanding of confidentiality.Proficient with Concur, SAP or other business financial software.Salary:
$60,000Note:
Must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holder.Additional Information
