Lead transformation programs with a key focus on function communication, technical documentation, and legal collaboration. Drive value and capabilities in the organization through digital knowledge such as research reports, technical subscriptions, and new digital tools that enable accessibility, speed, and new insights. Manage R&D enterprise communications and content through emails, Teams channels, and website. Be a key partner for scaling of Transformation team priorities (e.g. communication, change management, and digital enablement).Manage R&D enterprise knowledge subscriptions and IP toolsGuide and motivate R&D teams in knowledge captureSpearhead and coordinate North American R&D TownhallsBring R&D strategy and culture to life in branding designsEnable R&D teams as needed with deeper functional communicationsManage next generation knowledge initiatives such as search tools, on-demand AI research platforms, and expert knowledge enablementWork cross-functionally as a key stakeholder for communication strategy, change management, and digital enablementRequirements:BS in Food Science, Food Engineering, Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related fieldOptional - Library Science, Communications, Digital background4-6 years in a Research and Development Function including focus in Innovation, Product, Process, Packaging, Sensory, Analytical, etc.Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage stakeholders, commitment to customer focus, and lead organizational change while maintaining attention to detail and working with large amounts of informationOptional - exposure to ServiceNow, Canva, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, OnFirst Up PlatformLocation(s)
