We are supporting our client in their search for a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic and highly respected moving firm based in vibrant Minneapolis.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in IT support, cloud and server management, network configuration, and system migration.
Responsibilities:Provide first-line support to end-users, quickly addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, escalating issues as needed.Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and deployments.Oversee deployment and configuration of devices using Microsoft InTune to ensure compliance with company policies.Implement device management policies, application deployment, and security settings.Stay informed about InTune updates and recommend improvements for optimal IT infrastructure.Administer Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access security.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Office 365 features according to organizational needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience providing IT Help Desk support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Ability to manage hardware deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Expertise in configuring and managing devices using Microsoft InTune.Solid understanding of Office 365 administration, including email, collaboration tools, and security features.Strong time management skills, including juggling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and on budget.Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
