ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Finance Department for an Accounts Payable Administrator. Working in a dynamic and forward-thinking team, we are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent service to both our suppliers and internal customers.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

Processing of purchase invoices following the company authorisation procedures.

Process supplier payments in line with strict Company KPIs.

Monitoring and administrating pro-forma payments.

Manage supplier statements to ensure a reconciled clean purchase ledger.

Proactively deal with supplier and internal customer queries.

Be proactive during daily tasks to support process improvements.

Provide GRNI & creditor reporting

What you'll be able to demonstrate

Skills and experience

Previous experience of working in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.

Experience in VAT treatment of invoices.

Highly numerate with excellent IT skills; particularly MS Excel and Word with a high level of both spoken and written English.

Excellent attention to detail and a drive for problem solving.

Exposure to working with foreign currency and international supplier.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with motivation to maintain and develop internal and external relationships.

Experience of stock accounting (multiple products, brands & SKUs) is desirable
