Pathway Homes seeks a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team in our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on building flows, creating reports, and managing permissions. Additionally, experience in administering other applications such as DocuSign, Zapier, and related SaaS platforms is highly desirable.Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration:
Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.Flow Building:
Design and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.Report Creation:
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various departments.Permission Management:
Ensure proper access controls are in place, managing roles, profiles, and permissions to protect sensitive data.Application Integration:
Administer and integrate other applications such as DocuSign, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.Employee User Support:
Provide support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Manage internal help tickets from end users.System Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance.Documentation:
Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices.App Development:
Continue to develop and enhance our customer Salesforce app called Nest.Salesforce Experience Cloud:
Build and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud.Salesforce Sales Cloud:
Utilize and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud features to support the sales team.Salesforce Service Cloud:
Utilize and manage Salesforce Service Cloud features to support the service team.Requirements
1-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Proficiency in building Salesforce flows and creating custom reports.Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets.Experience with Salesforce data management, including data imports and exports.Familiarity with integrating and administering applications such as DocuSign.Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Culture Identity
