TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Junior SATCOM System Maintainer/Integrator to join our team in our office in Colorado Springs, CO.An active TS/SCI DoD security clearance is required.The Junior SATCOM Technician/Integrator will assist in maintaining and integrating SATCOM systems, subsystems, and equipment. This position will provide troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure the operational readiness of SATCOM systems. The Junior SATCOM Technician/Integrator will work with engineering teams to design and implement SATCOM solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.Responsibilities:Assist with installing, configuring, and testing SATCOM hardware and software components.Work with engineering teams to design and implement SATCOM solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.Support development schedules for updating TOs with each modification of the system. Author accurate, clear, and comprehensive documentation for operating and maintaining complex weapon systems.Assist with integrating program-specific hardware and software into systems for specific configurations to support test and exercise events.Assist with documentation to substantiate the integration of all aspects of the project.Support development, prototyping, and demonstration of various sites and travels and provide briefings on the status of events or portions of the overall program.Assist with performing routine, non-routine, and complex maintenance on the following subsystems: communications, networking, antenna, power, timing, signal distribution, trucks, trailers, environmental control, and support equipment.Use a wide range of test instruments and equipment to restore systems or improve performance.Assist with deploying SATCOM systems to support training exercises and contingency deployments in CONUS and OCONUS locations.Work with the team to author, review, edit, and recommend changes to technical, procedural, and training documentation.Adhere to personnel safety by identifying risks, mitigating risks, and intervening to prevent mishaps.Support testing, operations, maintenance, logistics, integration, and installation.Assist with system and network administration to systems.Provide on-site support as a Field Services Representative (FSR) for geolocation systems and equipment.Provide technical assistance to daily operations, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance.Work with other FSRs, test engineers, and software development teams to resolve operational and/or technical systems issues.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:1+ years' operational SATCOM related experience (Basic and Tech school acceptable).0-3 years of experience in SATCOM maintenance and integration roles.AS or BS/BA in a technical field degree or vocational training in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field or equivalent experience.Basic knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.Possess or able to obtain a United States Passport.Minimum of 1-year related experience required, including other SATCOM, and/or military systems.An active TS/SCI DoD security clearance is required.Exemplifies our core values.Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience operating or maintaining Electronic or Electromagnetic Warfare systems.Experience with multi-frequency band (C, Ku, Ka, and X Bands) satellite terminals.Computer system/network administration or maintenance experience.Systems Engineering and Linux experience preferred.Active Security+ Certification.Compensation:
