MECM/SCCM Senior Systems Administrator
to support our contract at the

Washington, DC.Key Responsibilities
Perform site-specific risk mitigation activities as part of change/configuration management to ensure smooth implementation of and transition to new software delivery/packaging.Ability to create task sequences to develop image Windows Image Files (WIMS).Sustain and provide configuration management activities when directed.Create, test, and distribute common operating systems, software application packages, scripts, batch programs to provide software delivery/packaging and configuration management.Create and sustain processes for software delivery/packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management to distribute throughout the enterprise MECM/SCCM hierarchy.Submit recommendations for use of software delivery, packaging, operating system deployment and configuration management.Develop initial guidance on use of MECM/SCCM software delivery/packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management to government clients.Generate strategies for enhanced IT operations of software delivery, patching, and configuration management.Key Competencies
Excellent technical skills with leadership abilities to manage technical teams.Communication skills with experience briefing government clients preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.Competent in preboot execution environment (PXE), driver packing, as well as Extensive User Driven Interface (UDI) wizard.Ability to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, execute changes in accordance with published standards and processes; Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive measures.Technical Administrator Experience/Support:
Ability to serve in a SCCM/MECM administrator role for a major government contract.Oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of software and updates across an enterprise network.Responsibilities include configuring MECM/SCCM settings, creating deployment packages, ensuring system compliance, and troubleshooting deployment issues.Provide leadership and guidance to clients and technical team for software efficiency.Track risks and manage mitigation strategies for potential issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Ability to develop and generate various configuration management reports and documentation including design diagrams, system specifications, and technical requirements.General administrative support for MECM/SCCM which includes: Adding/removing distribution points (DPs), IP address support/maintenance, and various MECM/SCCM client support.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish effective communication plans with team members and the government customer, ensuring alignment with program goals.Commitment to maintaining compliance with ethical business practices and federal regulations.Attend meetings with client and/or team to ensure client requirements and requests are completed as specified and in a timely manner.Experience:
10+ years of extensive experience in MECM/SCCM with a focus on technical administration.Proven experience in managing complex contracts, IT projects, and government programs.Bachelor’s degree in technical area (Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field).Required
