Summary
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. With core skills in customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, you will ensure a high level of service and compliance. Your premium skills in LIHTC, Yardi, and legal administrative experience will be essential in managing complex landlord-tenant issues and maximizing property performance. Leveraging your relevant skills in negotiation, contracts, and office management, you will excel in maintaining efficient property operations and fostering positive tenant relationships. Pay: $30.81 - $32.97 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
