The Associate Designer of

Men's Golf and Tennis Apparel

is responsible for the execution of the entire design process and administration of product lines. Will design and develop specific product categories and collections with the guidance of Designer / Senior Designer / Design Director.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate in the conceptual development of product lines and present concepts and collections in internal meetings.Assist in ensuring that product is consistent with market trends and business strategy.Conduct trend research and gather inspiration.Create illustrator sketches, 3D CAD designs, fit comments, and execute final products.Partner with the design director and VP of Design to create brand identity.Work with the design director to establish clear direction for fabric and print development.Generate tech packs for new and carryover styles in the PLM system.Collaborate with merchandising and product development teams for approval of sales samples.SKILLS:

Knowledge of activewear fabrications and performance technologies.High level of creativity with a passion for design.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Ability to learn new computer technology including 3-D design.Strong research, design, and conceptual skills.Strong sense of color and taste level.Time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask.Ability to present in front of an audience.Minimum 3+ years of design experience.Legal Disclaimer:
