Human Resources Associate

In this generalist role, the Human Resources (HR) Associate plays a vital role in supporting the HR operations team with daily functions across Tradewind Group and our family of companies. The HR Associate is responsible for performing tasks required to administer and execute HR functions such as assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department functions including but not limited to administering payroll, hiring and recruitment, benefits support, and employee programs and events. The HR Associate contributes to the overall success of the organization through effective HR processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 2 years of payroll processing experience.Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.Proficiency in HRIS and Time/Attendance systems, preferably ADP.Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.Salary Range:

$65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
