You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard our organization's digital assets and maintain compliance with industry-specific regulations.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage network security systems, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.Perform regular security controls and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards such as NERC/FERC, 62443, 800-82r3 and others.Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing detailed analysis and implementing corrective actions.Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technology changes, advising management on proactive measures.Conduct regular training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.3+ years of experience in network security and compliance roles.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall management, and security technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPN).Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NERC, 62443, 800-82r3 and others.Experience with network security tools and platforms (e.g., Firemon, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.AES is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is committed to building strength and delivering long-term sustainability through diversity and inclusion.
