Develop and execute software test plans.Create test plans with test cases based on user stories.Utilize automated and manual processes to generate data and implement test cases to observe how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the Agile team.Ensure that quality software is provided for release to production by independently executing test scripts.Write test scripts.Review requirements, specifications, and documentation to gain a thorough understanding of the programs and processes to be certified.Create and modify test scripts to certify system changes.Basic Qualifications

A bachelor's degree.A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a software tester utilizing manual testing and automation testing to include automation tools.Knowledge of coding with automated testing frameworks, tools, and services.Knowledge of applying QA methodology in Agile or Scrum environments.Ability to work with different teams across organizations to present and communicate analytical findings on an independent basis.Preferred Qualifications

Software Quality Assurance experience with TMIP-J applications.SAFe certifications such as: SAFe for Teams, SAFe DevOps, SAFe Agile Software Engineering, Leading SAFe.Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
