Adobe Firefly is a new family of creative generative AI models that offer an exponential extension of Adobe’s core creative flagship products like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Enterprises face an increasing 5X demand for content to stay relevant and fresh with their consumers. Adobe’s recent launch of enterprise-focused genAI-powered products include Firefly Services (APIs & Web app), Firefly Custom Models, Object Composites, and Style Kits. Adobe Firefly models are trained exclusively on licensed & permissioned content. The results are the only enterprise-grade, safe for commercial use, creative GenAI solution. A core principle is to protect creator and brand IP. Therefore, Firefly models do not recognize non-permissioned enterprise IP as a “feature, not a bug”. Adobe offers enterprises a spectrum of model customization products & features as a complement to the base model to understand brand, logo, and campaign IP.We're looking for a product leader to articulate the model customization vision & strategy, primarily focused on delighting enterprise customers. A successful candidate is a seasoned enterprise product leader who can navigate an ambiguous and changing tech landscape, understand customer needs, define a clear product vision, develop a pragmatic “right-now” strategy, and drive on-time, quality execution for marketing & creative professionals. You will be a great “connector of dots” and collaborate across engineering, design, business development, product marketing, monetization and other product areas.You will embrace extreme customer orientation, be passionate about delivering delightful, scaled creative production experiences, have a nose for the money (e.g., drive meaningful business impact), and ensure a commercially successful product. What you’ll doLead and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Enterprise Firefly & Creative model customization value.Partner closely with design, engineering, technical program management, and customer functions (pre-sales, post-sales)Define & maintain a clear, committed and flexible product roadmap; Drive objectives and key results to measure the success.Continuously learn and confirm/adjust decision-making using data-driven insightsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner assessments to define product requirementsSpot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle actionFrequently interact with customers & adjust to the customer context (e.g., alpha research, sales, customer success, prototyping) Define and monitor key product performance indicators to evaluate success, using data to identify blockers and new opportunitiesPresent to Digital Media and Adobe leadership on new innovations, progress, landscapesWhat you will need to succeed8+ years of demonstrated product management leadership in a technically oriented, fast-moving context Proven experience in a ‘start-up’ or ‘0 > 1 > 1,000’ scaling environment; Founder-mentalityUnderstanding of marketing, agency & creative workflows, API/developer needs, GenAI productsExtreme passion for solving customer problems & creating exceptional customer and partner experiencesExcellent “connector” of people, ideas, activityOutstanding analytic, problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers Work across other internal engineering and research teams to imagine and build prototypes using existing and new available technologies.Experience working in an Agile development environment, following methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Strong prioritization and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively when new demands or information arises.Fun, inclusive, empathetic, and direct leaderBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience. MBA & consulting experience a plus.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $177,200 -- $302,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
