Make Your Mark:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for administering comprehensive benefits and wellness programs. This role will report to the Vice President of Total Rewards & Analytics and will be on a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in one of our offices.As the Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of group benefit programs for all employees in North America including group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and other benefits including wellness programs. You will provide support to a variety of internal customers and monitor benefit administration across multiple systems and applications. Additionally, you will provide analytical and administrative support in the development and management of the leave of absence program.
You'll Get To:
Support the design, implementation and administration of benefits including health, life, short/long term disability insurance, retirement, and ancillary benefits within the governance framework.Oversee the delivery of benefit programs for the US, Canada & Mexico.Evaluate and analyze health and welfare programs to ensure that all plans remain market competitive, aligned with our values, and in compliance. Investigate trends, best practices and costs while partnering with internal team members and external experts to bring recommendations to management.Manage and lead the implementation and administration of benefits and wellness programs, policies, plans and processes. Including the ability to lead annual enrollment, work with third party vendor systems for implementing, testing and operating new benefit programs.Understand current and emerging market trends in the well-being space to identify opportunities and gaps that support the design of wellness and engagement initiatives that are aligned to our corporate values.Lead and manage wellness vendors and effectively administer or implement critical initiatives such as new challenges, and innovative or leading-edge programs.In collaboration with other departments, work with third-party vendors to monitor integration files and internal reporting for 401(k) audit, annual compliance testing and year-end data collection.Lead administration of all aspects of leave of absences (LOA) in accordance with company policies and compliance with federal and state law.Provides timely response to requests and questions regarding benefits, escalating complex issues to vendors or benefits team members.Participate in ongoing and/or ad hoc projects as determined by the needs of the organization.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.5-7 years of experience in benefits, leaves, or wellness management.Independent, self-managed, and self-starter.Exemplary planning, organization, project management and time management skills.Must be able to identify and solve problems related to benefits and HRIS administration.Ability to identify, recommend and act on process improvements among responsibilities managed to create efficiencies.Exceptional verbal and communication skills.Exceptional data management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experienced in driving operational efficiency in the delivery of benefits and wellness programs through technology is a plus.

Salary Range:
USD $119,000.00 - USD $159,000.00
