JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow (HRSD) Solution Architect with a strong foundation in ServiceNow applications and HRSD capabilities. This role involves closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitate FIT/GAP workshops, and ensure the successful implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD application according to the client's requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and executing functional solutions while providing training and ongoing support to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and document client business processes for alignment with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.

Configure the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet client business requirements.

Lead FIT/GAP workshops and define target process designs.

Collaborate with technical teams on functional designs to address gaps.

Create and execute test scenarios, support UAT, and provide customer training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly within HRSD.

Strong consulting and requirement-gathering capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.

HRSD Domain, Implementation experience.

Certification is a plus.
