The Opportunity:
The Sr. Director, Operations Strategy, Programs and Analysis will have proven leadership skills in a highly dynamic setting and experience driving with innovation and positive change by partnering with all organizational levels (SLT to individual contributors). You will have exceptional organizational, execution and communication skills and enjoy developing solutions that are efficient and drive innovation and change. The selected candidate will utilize their expertise to partner cross-functionally and within the COO’s portfolio to execute initiatives, programs and relevant analysis to support the Operations Leadership Team and act as the COO’s liaison to Finance.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders in the development of strategy, shared performance goals and strategic operational plans
Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Partner with managers, project leads, and business analysts in the development of financial and budgetary plans
Analyze current operational journeys for customers and clients in order to reduce friction
Deploy Cause and Effect model and Impact Analysis to ensure appropriate prioritization and quantification of ROI
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
Uphold organization policies and standards, and partner with HR/Workplace and Legal and Compliance as appropriate
Assist in the creation of new policies and procedures, to ensure business continuity, compliance, and operational best practices. Own the BCP plan and process
The Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
10+ years of experience in Operations, inclusive of IT processes and Agile
Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, quality, project management, process improvement, and business analysis
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Tableau and Asana
Expertise in documenting, driving business requirements and operational solutions with Enterprise partners
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
Acumen to streamline and reimagine new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
Capacity to work up/down and across all levels in an organization with a partner mindset; demonstrated negotiation skills a plus to foster win-win outcomes
Ability to influence and drive change through others, as well as delivering change on your own
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree
Six Sigma or LEAN and Project Management Certifications
