Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
Identify and pursue grant opportunities to secure funding for projects and programs
Plan and execute fundraising events, including donor appreciation events and galas
Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely record keeping
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
Oversee volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and recognition
Utilize WordPress or other content management systems to update and maintain the organization's website
Manage social media platforms to engage with supporters and promote fundraising initiatives
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate law, or related areas
Experience in nonprofit management or development preferred
Proven track record in successful fundraising efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using WordPress or similar content management systems
Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
