This position could be located in NY, NC. EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit ("FSO") dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. If you have a passion for rallying together to solve the most complex challenges in the financial services industry, come join our dynamic FSO team!The Strategic Transformation (ST) team offers industry-specific solutions to Financial Services firms to accelerate and achieve their transformation objectives. We support the development of their Transformation Strategy and mobilize their Transformation Launch.Your key responsibilities
We are looking for ST Managers who will be responsible for advising our clients to reshape and transform their businesses. Responsibilities include:Engage directly with client stakeholders and executives to help define their business transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap.Analyze existing platforms, tools, and processes in the client's current operating model, and recommend innovative, implementable solutions.Plan and facilitate client workshops around their transformation vision and challenges.Assess client operating models, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for future improvement.Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.Demonstrate direct experience in program management.Lead the growth of the practice by sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools.To qualify for the role you must have
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or related field.A minimum of five years of post-Bachelor's work experience; three years must relate to business strategy, transformation, or organizational design.A minimum of five years of experience in the financial services industry.The ability to run workshops with clients to understand needs and design strategies.Experience in the development of executive presentations and deliverables.A passion for strategy and innovation.Experience leading transformative programs following PM methodologies.Proven delivery skills including the ability to scope and staff a project.Ideally, you'll also have
Experience speaking at industry conferences.Experience authoring articles and white papers.Experience working with executive leadership to guide the strategic agenda.What we look for

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $127,100 to $233,000. Individual salaries are determined through various factors including education, experience, and geography.Continuous learning:
